Good article and it makes sense. I like a salad with chicken, grape tomatoes, romaine lettuce, ceasar flavored croutons and Ken's buttermilk ranch dressing topped with Manchego cheese paired with Rodney Strong Charlotte's Home Sauvignon Blanc. It is so good!
