Well, for women even men, the book "Women of the Vine" by Deborah Brenner is an excellent book. Wine has been a male dominated field, but this book visits women who are serious about wine. The struggles with life, including marriage, divorce, gender discrimination, children with special needs and a host of other issues. It is easy to read and just a joy to read.
